COLOR CORRECTION

The advent of DV technology has made shooting your film easier than
ever. Creating the finished product, however, takes a little finesse.
Color correction gives your piece a richer look. It can create a style to distinguish your piece from the rest of what's out there.

Color correction is a subjective art and there are many directions to go.
We'll work together to create the right look for your project, whether it means simply bringing levels to broadcast spec or creating a more
elaborate film look.

One of the benefits of working with an uncompressed editing system– even if your original footage is DV/DVCAM– is the added color information of the uncompressed codec. DV has 1/2 the color information of uncompressed footage. It's important to do your color correction when it can have the best effect. If you've already done your offline edit, it's as easy as bringing your Firewire drives to my system.
